CPM was
selected by the district to provide comprehensive program management
services. CPM is providing program and project management services
including community facility advisory committee reporting, budget
development, bid/award phasing schedules, special consultant selection,
and low voltage systems analysis. This effort also includes conducting
project funding eligibility analysis, calculations, and submission
of applications to the Office of Public School Construction for three
elementary school sites.
