Introduction
CPM
was engaged to provide a comprehensive picture of facilities finances,
comparing program needs with available funding sources. Working
with the Facilities Planning, Facilities Construction, Maintenance
and Operations, and Accounting departments, CPM’s staff gathered
information from various financial tracking systems and assembled
it into a comprehensive report for use by the Deputy Superintendent
of Business Services in his strategic financial planning. The report
will be updated on a regular basis to project cash flow needs and
identify potential funding shortfalls.
