CPM is dedicated to the environment and has been providing sustainability consulting services to our clients since our inception over 10 years ago. We believe in achieving different "shades of green" to guide our clients in making informed decisions to maximize their funding opportunities and minimize their operational costs.

For example, when CPM develops Sustainable Facility Design Standards, we focus on uniformity and equity among various projects for our clients, which creates parity and saves money and time. The sustainable evaluation focuses on life-cycle costs, return on investment, and building rating systems, such as CHPS and LEED for schools. Each Facility Design Standard focuses on what's important for our client, from energy and water conservation to indoor environmental quality.

In addition, CPM performs High Performance Audits. We evaluate buildings based on more than just energy savings, energy production, and water conservation. We look at addressing indoor air quality, thermal comfort, and acoustics. These less tangible elements can have higher ROIs than energy savings in increased attendance and reduced staff illness.
