Strategic Planning

CPM's services are divided into three integrated practice areas: Program/Project Management, Budget and Accounting, and Technology Planning and Implementation. But at the root of each successful program is a strategic plan that accounts for the unique situation and needs of each client, including anticipated growth, changing use of facilities, incorporation of technology, funding availability and timing, regulatory and planning constraints, short- and long-term cash flow, the impact of interest and inflation on timing decisions, and a long list of other factors.

You might hire CPM for guidance in one of our practice areas, or in any combination of the three. But ultimately, successful execution of a program is derived from the meticulous plans we craft from the start.
