CPM (program manager) and McCarthy (construction manager) teamed together to provide complete program management services for the District’s $67 million local bond program of new construction and renovation. The District hired the CPM / McCarthy team as its program manager to assist with the planning and implementation of the entire construction program. Initial services include revisiting and refining the master plan, providing strategic planning, conducting condition assessments, establishing project priorities, analyzing cash flow, developing a program schedule, determining project budgets and compiling this plan. Also included were the development of District design standards and outline specifications, procurement of design services and design phase management through bid and award. During construction phase, our scope included monitoring and tracking of program cash flow, program and project budgets and assisting with the governmental agencies project closeout.
