Why Hire CPM?
The Value of an Owners Representative
When it comes to capital improvement projects, you don’t just need a contractor, you need a partner who protects your best interests from start to finish. At CPM, we act as your advocate, helping to be sure your project is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with your goals.
We bring expertise in public works projects, a collaborative mindset, and a track record of success that has consistently saved our clients time and money, often more than the cost of our own services.
Focus on Your Mission - Let Us Handle the Construction
Many of our clients already have full-time responsibilities managing schools, districts, or other public agencies. Overseeing a construction project is not part of their core job, nor should it be! That’s where CPM steps in.
As your Owner’s Representative, we manage the daily demands of construction, so your staff doesn’t have to take time away from their real work. You stay informed and in control, without being overwhelmed by the details.
What We Do For You
As your Owner’s Representative, CPM can:
-
Guide you through complex decisions early in the process
-
Recommend the most efficient project delivery methods
-
Lead design coordination and value engineering to avoid surprises later
-
Oversee contractors and consultants with your interests in mind
-
Monitor schedule, cost, quality, and communication at every step
-
And more (link to complete list of available services)
Our involvement can result in fewer change orders, greater scope for your budget, and facilities that meet your long-term needs.
REAL RESULTS. REAL SAVINGS.
