CPM was selected by the district to provide overall program management services for its $1.2 Billion Measure K and $1.5 Billion Measure E capital outlay programs. A major emphasis has been placed on financial controls with the development of a Bond Program Management Plan, Bond Program Implementation Guidance Document, Master Program Schedule, Funding/Fiscal Plan (including Master Program Budget, Revenues and Cash Flow Projection, Project Priority Recommendations, Communications Plan, COC and Measure K Audits Assistance, Current Project Owner Assistance, Accounting Systems Integration, Measure A Expenditures Review, and Technology Implementation Planning).
