Improvements for the Las Lomitas Site were as follows:

• Reconfiguration of the old parking lot to separate bus and pedestrian traffic and provide a dedicated bus lane.

• All Accessibility code (ADA) items previously identified by an ADA Consultant (DAC).

• Infrastructure replacement (gas and sewer lines) under the new parking lots as identified by surveys from BKF.

• Old flag pole removal.

• Widened pedestrian side-walks for improved safety.

• Construction began in June 2021 and completed in August 2021
