Capital Program Management, Inc. (CPM) offers our clients the opportunity to engage one of California’s most experienced and reputable program management firms.  We have provided cost effective program and construction management services to California K-12 school districts, Cities, Counties, Special Districts, and various other public and private sector clients since our company's inception in 1999.

Although we have planned and implemented over a billion dollars of projects, there is no project or program too small for us.  We have immense experience in all capital outlay project types and sizes, from a $100M new high school to a $15K septic tank replacement project and everything in between.  We have relocated, replaced, and removed many portable buildings across the State.  We also have experience with Modular buildings construction.  We have modernized, renovated, and converted many facilities of all different types.  We have experience with many alternative delivery methods available, we can advise our clients on what makes the most sense for your various project types.
